First let me say I am new to any and all of this really. I had heard of hypnosis of course, but have never tried it. However, this EFT thing I had no clue about.

The video they have on that website is amazing! I am downloading the book right now and trying to get my sister (who has many health problems including kidney disease and epilepsy) on IM so I can send her the link as well.

I was in the same boat as vrain. I've learned about and done a lot of energy work, but I knew nothing about this EFT. The manual is a really great read for beginners like me. Thanks for sharing!

I just posted in another thread a few minutes ago saying that I wasn't familiar with EFT then I saw this thread. Thanks for the link. I will definitely read the e-book and learn more about this topic.
