It really seems to depend on each independant organisations own contract with you, and you should read their terms and conditions thoroughly before signing up to anything like this, as there may be some clauses included that imply that you may personally be liable to some of the refund costs or any legal action taken by anyone transferred via your website.
If in doubt, have a professional legal advisor look at it before you sign up.
Personally, I doubt that you would ever make any lucrative earnings via this method, though it may be useful pocket-money.
Additionally, I would also consider what your own website is promoting. If you are a hypnotherapist, is the quality of their products comensurate with your own professionalism? If you are not a hypnotherapist, then you could be scrutinised by the search engines for having irrelevant links and actually reduce your ranking instead of increasing your ranking.
Perhaps there's more for you to consider here than is it a good source of income?
Any other thoughts? |
