I like to go for a ride on my bike to just relax. There is something calling about being outside and zipping around by myself. What do you do to relax?

Back in the day I really enjoyed yoga to relax however these days I like a nice warm bath either with candles or a book or my meditation cd's. Those work best for me now with our hectic schedules.

I like long hot baths too to relax... Can't beat it at the end of a long day...

Now, a long hot bath or shower is exactly what I have to bring me wide awake, so last thing I'm going to do to relax.

For me, it's sitting in the garden and watching my chickens potter and chatter to each other in their funny way.

I never sem to be able to relax. That is why I joined this place, to see if i could find any ways using strong meditation or hypnotherapy to stop all the mental chatter that is keeping me awake at night.

Sometimes its the trying to stop it that keeps it going... Meditation or self hypnosis could certainly help to bring more peace of mind and help you sleep better.
