| I don't know how I feel exactly. I mean it is weird but I guess that all scientists experiment with different things. Just would have never thought of this having any benefits. |

| This is a little bit too wierd.. Are we really that desperate for a cure? I understand that people with incurable diseases might like this idea. But isn't it unethical? They were talking about how stem cells being the master cells of the body. Can't they find a way for someone with the disease to grow more stem cells instead and send them to the damaged region so it can replace the others that were lost? How far is this from breeding human cows to act as donors to people who need a heart, a kidney, a liver, etc? |

| I'm actually going to be spending some time in a couple of weeks with a top doctor who has been involved in stem cell research. I think Beams has a point, and I'll aim to ask the question. |
