I received an email this weekend from the General Hypnotherapy Register.
It was regarding emails sent out from this organisation - http://www.hypnotherapy-register.co.uk/
In the email the GHR said - "The owner of this website is Warwickshire based hypnotherapist Richard Nicholls and the GHR has retained a specialist defamation solicitor and commenced legal action against him for libel."
I don't get it... I have read the full email from the GHR, but not the email that he alledgedly sent out...
If anyone has a copy, maybe they will share it with me...
But reading the full email from the GHR I can't help but think that they are over-reacting...
