| What does a general session with a therapist cost? Are these things covered by insurance or do doctors recommend you to see a specialist for this treatment? |

As far as I know on average you are looking at approximately $100+ per session, number of sessions will be based on what you are in for though so total costs will vary.
As far as insurance to the best of my knowledge most insurances do not cover it but some do. You will have to check with your own personal insurance carrier to find out and if they do you may have to submit it to them yourself and get reimbursed. ~ Hopefully this helps or someone will come in and tell you if I my information is or is not right. |
