which method is the best to hypnotize someone, in general

Ah well thats easy... Emotions, both good and bad are side effects of being human.

So, what needs to change? Desensitize maybe to this emotion? You could possibly do this with using 'exposure'! This however doesn't need to be done slap dash, so to give you better guidance, you will have to explain in much more detail what you experiance and what exactly in that experiance you want to change.

The first time when I get this emotion it was with my friend, I was without sleep for two days, maybe I was in any level of trance, and when I have that emotion, It fixed in my mind.

All persons that I look into the eye, have the same emotion like i have.
but diference betwen me and them is, that emotions for me causality is my brain, for them I am causality.

Could you explain a little clearer as I am not sure I am understanding the full picture.
