For those who are nibblers/snackers, this book describes the perfect eating plan. Written in an upbeat and informative style, it contains meal plans and recipes. There are at least 49 options given for each of 3 small meals and 2 snacks each day. If you are a dieter who gets cravings or gets bored with diets, try this! Lots of options. There's not much chance to get really hungry because you are eating about every 3 hours.

Well, sounds like my kind of diet. I am the kind of person who likes to eat a little a lot... Laughing I have lost 18 lbs. Doing that I guess.I kind of thought it could also be the hot sauce.I love hot sauce ,been loosing weight at the rate of 1 -2 lbs a week .I found something in a natural cures book saying hot sauce raises your metabolism by as much as 25% .I also have been drinking loads of water which makes me hold less food at a time.

Wow, I must look into this book. I'm liable to eat whenever something is within reach or I feel the need to satisfy my taste buds rather than my stomach. I know very well that I shouldn't be eating what I usually do, but thoughts of obesity or dangers to my health don't seem to inspire me to get on a diet. Maybe this book will help me...

I want some potato chips..
