I have seen on differents websites that people could grow taller thanks to self-hypnosis. So can you say me if it's true ?
And if it's true can you say me how to make to grow taller . (i'm just beginning to learning self-hypnosis with a book).

I have seen these claims before and like Paddy I would like to see some evidence of this. I wouldn't say that it is impossible, however I do feel that it would be fairly unlikily.

I've read a clam on a hypnosis website, I forget which one but there was a guy that said he grew 12 inches under hypnosis. Now I don't know how true it
is but thats indeed what I read. Its kind of complicated I would think about what problems could occur if I did this to my self and see a Doctor before doing this if I were you.

Let us know the site when you can as it would be interesting to chase this up as if it is genuine then I must missed something in all the training that I have done.

There is no growing taller unless your physical being allows it.

Self hypnosis can help you grow taller I should say it will support you in the process I used to visualize myself like the famous NBA player Michael Jordon jumping high up in the air and throwing the ball in the basket(no physical movements just mental imagination) many times during the day and also before bed time. I was able to feel the jerks inside my body but no movements.

You can reach your subconscious mind very quickly by intensifying the emotions. If you want to grow taller so badly then ordering the s.conscious mind shouldn't be a problem. I was able to see a significant difference in my height...also practice walking on your toes for 10 minutes everyday Good luck

Okay, I know hypnosis works and has been claimed as a cure all but I believe some claims are just plain ridiculous and giving hypnosis a black eye. Psychologists, psychotherapists, hypnotist, and related professionals should police their ranks and keep cranks from fleecing the unwary.

12 inches? I wonder how many people who are short on confidence have fallen for these...

If you can indeed grow taller with hypnosis ,then can you also loose weight this way? I have 2 daughters who could benifit from this if it does work.Neither one has any will power. I have a 12 year old who is as tall as I and her 16 year old sister. Maybe hypnosis could make her shorter. Yes, I am skeptical and need to see proof before my eyes to believe it.

I think the websites that are talking about this would try to sell you some scam stuffs after you believe that self hypnosis can make you grow taller.

I too have heard this claim quite a long time ago. Curious about it, I tried it out and obviously to no avail. I never did follow exactly what they suggested since I only heard about it through passing, but I doubt it's very likely. There are of course those people who believe that if you convince yourself of something strongly enough, it could happen. I'm not one of those people though.

Of course, another alternative (which a friend of mine says he does) is to hypnotise yourself into hallucinating yourself as taller.

That way, you can feel (and, I suppose, "act") taller.
