I agree with bridget. By following all of these tips you are putting positive thoughts in your head which are of course going to help you along the course to lose weight. If you are constantly thinking negative and thinking you hate the food you are going to eat, or hate the fact that you are heading to the gym, you are automatically not going to do well.
Also drinking water is an excellent tip! I try to drink at least 4-5 water bottles full of water everyday. I buy bottled water to bring to work but then I also have a brita filter to have water at home. |
