So true, I am always saying we are what we eat and this gives a perfect example. I will now have to try this out on my partner also and see what he can come up with.

Gandalf - I have a friend who is a chef and he does the same when he is tasting or preparing a meal it makes me laugh watching his face!!

Im interested in how your chef friend responds to sensory language using gustatory system... Its a key point to communication that observation is made to how we are being spoken to, your chef loves to talk Tastes and smells, test him to see... you could comment in many different metaphors that use this type of language and see how he responds...

"Eating out of the palm of your hand" "I smell a rat" "He/She is a bitter person" Or Sweet... Basically all of the food language in this thread is how your chef loves to talk. Now you can communicate better with him, this might come in handy when wanting a last minute reservation... or a free pud! Mr. Green

Very Happy That's a sure-fire way to prove to her that she won't want you anywhere near her!
