Hello...

So can hypnosis help somebody like me who has difficulty with tasks (such as meditation) that requires focus? I understand that a subject must first be open and positive about the experience for hypnosis to be successful, right? Well, I can do that but I've never experienced an Alpha stage or whatever it is before so I have no way of knowing I'm already there. Thanks. Smile

Okay, ahve you ever daydreamed at any stage in your life, evr?
If you ahve ever daydreamed then you were in alpha brainwave whilst you were daydreaming!
I really think you need to read up a bit on hypnosis, or go to a good couse or something, as you really seem to be missing a lot (don't worry, we all were at the start)

nathan's advice is really good. If you're trying to improve your concentration and focus then it's definitely worth checking into hypnosis options. Talk to your doctor or therapist (if you have one) and see if they can recommend someone in your area. There's a good chance that you'll be able to get good results if there's a qualified professional in your area.
