How come are five steps needed to achieve something you can do instantly?
Joyfulness
delight
pleasure
bliss
satisfaction
enjoyment?
Finally ?Happiness?
What is that?
Possibly when you begin to feel good,
Feeling good about what?
A mother looks onto the eyes of her child and feels happiness: Might that be compassion?
A hunter feels happiness when he gets a challenging kill: Might that be gratification?
Lovers look into each others eyes and feel? Might that be fulfilment?
An Entrepreneur feels happiness when he see?s his first million: Might that be greed?
Here?s a recipe for happiness that is probably not a positive one:
Do you only feel happy when you have met your expectations? OOPS!
I prefer an easier way...
To experience the feeling of happiness and enjoying the energy you have when you?re beginning to feel happy, might just be kinder garden compared to what?s possible for you.
Here?s a recipe to achieve the feeling of happiness:
I think it was Donald Trump who was asked: ?How does one achieve happiness??
?That?s easy,? He said, ?Just be grateful?
Searching for one thing you might be grateful for and then another, stacking a few of those experiences together will
Achieve happiness.
Now,
I wonder if we?
Add some passion!
Add some ecstasy!

No one has tipped this thread in months, so I will.
Tips for a great day!
1. Choose to approach other people first. Those who don't wait for others to approach them have more options for managing situations well. When you approach someone else first, you are pulling your own strings.
2. Choose to make a plan to achieve something important to you each day. It doesn't need to be world shattering--just something that has value for you.
3. Choose to be child-like rather than childish.
4. Choose to see the positive in people, places and things, especially in situations. Pollyanna wasn't wrong!
5. Choose to be spontaneous rather than impulsive. Impulse activities are more stressful and have a negative outcome much more often than spontaneous ones.
6. Choose to have balance and harmony in your life each day. Enjoy the natural order of things. Make a plan to accept what comes your way if it isn't something you can change.
7.Choose to have fun each day. What do you do for fun? When was the last time you did it? Are you having fun every day? Laughter is so good for us! |
