Hello, I am david, I am 25 years young and I have a great interest in the subject of hypnotherapy, I find the subject fascinating.
I have an avid interest in the way of the mind I also enjoy practicing lucid dreaming. For those unaware lucid dreaming is when you are aware you are having a dream and upon that realisation you are free to do whatever your imagination desires. It is in itself a truely interesting subject also.
My first steps at this moment are readings books on the subject and I will soon be practicing self-hypnosis. I am also inquiring about a course on hypnotherapy close to me.
If anyone can recommend any good books to start with then I will be greatful I have purchased a book on NLP and also a metronome!.
I work in a factory and a good colleague of mine is a practicing hypnotherapist himself.
He IS going to hypnotise me and BANISH my fear of the dentist completely. I have every faith in him and myself. That will be my practical introduction to the subject.
I am glad I have found this forum it looks very professional and I already feel very welcome, I am looking forward to learning everything and more about the subject of hypnosis.
