Hi All,
I had a chance encounter last week while I was on the way to the dentist! I met a guy that does seminars on Dr Edward de Bono's Lateral Thinking. I have looked into this in the past and remember actually attending a seminar or two on this topic. I was wondering if anyone else here has any experiance in the process?
I have the guys leaflet here so I will also drop him an email and see if he can pop in to the forum and fill us in on this technique. |

I once read up on de Bono's process, and I have his book, "Teach Your Child to Think".
I confess that I remember very little of it all! |

Hi Paddy,
It seems like a great process from what I have seen so far! Seems like some big brand names are using it too! |

That's creative thinking, right? Believing there's more than one way "to skin a cat", if you will? To paraphrase a page from Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, think of everything, then rule out the absolutely impossible. What's left, however improbable, must be the truth. (Or in this case a possible option.)
I hope deBono answers your email and signs on for a post or several. |
