my name is Merry, I have back ground psychology and also business school. To be honest I dont know nothing about NLP that curious me now

Merry, may I suggest an introductory book. It won't teach you enough to practice NLP, but it will introduce the types of ideas.
"Introducing NLP" by Joseph O?Connor & John Seymour.
Well written and easy to read, suitable for the curious and the absolute beginner.
