|
|
I've had many experiences and mentors in my life, and from these remarkable people and their lessons as they have passed them on to me, has come the strength and wisdom of the life force living within me, which keeps me keepin on and on. I wish to be wide awake when these most important lessons in life come to teach me again and again.
I view life as a school, a place of learning, an adventure, a journey. Because I do this, I notice that I remain receptive and open and vigilantly aware of my next adventure or journey when it is coming to me. I have fine tuned my ability of awareness and mindfulness in preparation of remaining keen and watchful of when new lessons come for me to learn from. In these lessons I reach further depth of previous adventures and I am able to reach new places in understanding AND new heights are made attainable to me throughout the lessons of life and I enjoy my own evolution and transformation of my self.
I become excited and involved in the possiblities in every situation or in every person I meet along my path. Every new person, no matter who they are, is, to me, a book I haven't read yet. People teach me many things. I become enriched when I share in someone elses journey, just simply walking beside them. I practice consistently to be mindful to being fearless when taking on and/or possibly carrying some of their load by my helping or supporting others, especially in difficult times. I have learned more from the harder times.
I learn from children when ever possible because they are always new, free, and innocent. They are still angels. They help me to revisit the basics and the dreams and the fantasies- and to remember again what has always remained inside the heart in all of us-our child. I relax and take advantage of these precious moments by focus and by using my eyes and ears to view the world through their eyes and experiences.
Then, when ever I have the opportunity, I spend time talking and learning from the elderly. I've been doing this from the time I was a young child. They always remind me of the big picture, the importance of family and the importance of our roots, and the value of not taking one second in life, or one person in life for granted, because life is ALL a gift, and that journeys could end at any moment. The elders teach me to pass on to my children what I can to enrich their lives and prepare them for their own continuous journey and the journeys of their children, by equipping them with the tools I have used and honed this far- so that they can go further than I have and continue to make the world a better place.
I watch the world like a movie. There are always those who have it harder in life than I do, and there are those who have it better. I have learned to be okay with me where I am and with who I am in the present moment in my own life. I know that if I will truly be the best me I am in every situation as life unfolds its own days in its own flower, with its own scents and spices, and also in it's own direction, with its own messages for me, then I will forever gain from it and be a better me for all of it each and every day. I read, I search, I pray, and I share.
Because I live this way, I have sunshine, most of the time, in my heart and soul, and this keeps me warm and alive to life. Sometimes, when special moments happen between myself and others, people have told me that they feel the warmth from my sunshine, and that they become very happy by the light they have seen in my eyes-which, as we all know, are the windows of our soul!! I radiate my beliefs. My soul is alive and well and free. Be happy, you deserve it. We all do. Keep your mind receptive and hungry for the new lessons, for they will awaken you to the stairs which you may climb in reaching higher places! |

I have to tell ya..lol, right after I read my tips I posted I went to take my shower for the day and thoughts were running through my head about what I wrote on here, and I ended up asking myself-well, great Lynda, but what does all this have to do with hypnosis??
Wellll, you know, I have used hypnosis for years now. MANY years! The impact all this has had on my life has been so effective that I don't even recognize it when those very effective hypnotic suggestions and affirmations are again having their way. My hypnosis projects have become so ingrained in me from years of use that now, when I find myself replying to these threads and telling you my tips, I am just now realizing that the hypnotics are coming through in my writting to you too!
This is the wonderful thing about using hypnosis, they syncronize with you, who YOU are, and you become attracted automatically to what you need (the resources you have stored away somewhere inside of you) and then automatically apply the strategies so easily, many times without knowing it, and miles later you stop-like I just have- and you reread what you are telling others to do-actually owning up to and delivering the tips, tricks, affirmations, and pathways from which have been ingrained into you via hypnosis!!
This is AWESOME-by finally having to write it out to help others I can actually SEE and REALIZE my own growth in writting-right here..and it's mindblowing for me. A few days ago, when I started this, all I could think of was hey, there are others out there who I might be able to help a little so I will. I should! I am 52 years of age now and I have some work behind me now which I can tap into and give away. Let's see how I do. I'm telling you, this is a surprise for me and I'm lovin it. Well, go for it if you haven't-that's all I can say. It really does work. You WILL be a better YOU |
