Hypnotherapy by Dave Elman. The Elman induction is the standard used by hypnotist throughout the world. I actually haven't asked all hypnotists, but it has popped up in every training I have ever taken. Elman was a stage operator turned trainer (a pattern repeated over and over since...Boyne, Kein, etc.) whose economy of words and instruction in inducing somnambulism is legendary. Trust me, it is worth the investment.
