Here is a tip of EFT.
Touch and Breathe is a very interesting variation of EFT (and of TFT – Thought Field Therapy) developed by psychologist, Dr. John Diepold. It involves lightly touching and holding each comfort spot as you say your Reminder Phrase, rather than tapping on it. It is just as effective as the standard tapping used in EFT.
Anyone else know anything about it.

I've introduced this variation to some of my clients. Note that for greatest effect, you need to breathe in and out while holding the point.

I find that while a few prefer it, generally it seems to make little difference.

Interesting adaption. Would mean I could use EFT, I can't tolerate the tapping method.

That's gonna stay between me and my blog Smile

I'll try to experiment when I have time (a few months) and blog my experiences.

Is there a certain reminder phrase or can you just make one up. Seems like a good way to relax. Give me more info on this please.

Get the free introductory manual from www.emofree.com. It will explain about the phrase.
