Past Life Regression

I just wanted to know what usual procedures are involved was when a person undergoes past life regression hypnotherapy. What happens when they just lay there and are asked about random stuffs? If anyone happen to know please tell me on how it works and what you have to do. Also please tell about what does the hypnotherapists do to make them backtrack on past life.

There are various ways to "go back" to past life. One is to simply say, "Go back to when this problem started." Another is to use imagery and metaphor.

It's a highly contentious therapy, which does seem to work very well for some people.

oh wow seriously it sounds exciting. I would like to experience it on myself. But have you ever heard things going wrong while the treatment is on? would i remember all what i will be through after the session? What if i feel anything horrible?

I need to know the bad things that might happen before i go for it

I'm not a Past Life Therapy expert. However, to answer just briefly some of your questions:

Have things gone wrong? I believe that it can do with an incompetent therapist (of course, that's true of any therapy or indeed any supervised activity).

Would you remember it? Yes, unless there was some reason that your subconscious chose to suppress it.

What if you felt something horrible? That can happen, and part of the therapist's task is to take you through that event bringing with it any learnings and new decisions. Your subconscious, most likely, will chose a "past life" according to your current emotional needs.

There are a couple of PLT (or Past Life Regression, PLR) experts on this list. Perhaps they will answer you more fully?
