| Hi, just thought you might be interested in this! When I went to the hypnotherapist tonight he anchored some positive feelings onto my ear lol! He got me to think of a time I was relaxed, a funny memory etc and as the feeling get strong he got me to create an anchor by squezzing gently on my ear and then releasing it. Now everything I feel anxious all I have to do is squeeze my ear and I feel calm! |

This stuff ROCKS doesn't it.
I remember when I did my original training, we all anchored laughter as part of the process to learn. Even today, one of my colleagues who anchored laughter to the tip of his nose, collapses - red-faced and hysterical - into fits of raucous laughter at the mere suggestion of a finger pointed towards his nose ...........
Anchoring can be a very very effective tool for you to use. Use it well. |
