I have searched the whole forum, but I didnt find an answer to this. I am a novice in this field, can anyone please tell me what this NLP thing is?

Although after going through those links I now have a generalised idea about NLP, can anyone tell me its full form?? What does N L and P stand for?

Neurolinguistic programming

Neuro: The nerves in the body (including the brain)
Linguistic: The language that the brain uses
Programming: How the brain uses the neurolinguistics

Essentially, neurolinguistic programming is about changing the way you use your brain and body.
