Yes thanks for pointing that out. Of course you are right about thought. I know that reinforcing positive images is good. I think though that what you said about a rut is important. it feels like i need to first get the recod out of that continual rut that it keeps playing and then start doing the positive thought stuff. Emotional stuff does not relate in anyway to logic in my experience.
Not sure where you got the idea that I'm having relationships with men though - I'm not aware of any thoughts in that direction Wink. My relationships are with women. Far more complex !!

Hmm... That will teach me for assuming! Rolling Eyes

You very right that "emotional stuff does not relate in anyway to logic". We see this in smokers that know that they are hurting themselves, but still continue. Just like smoking your jealousy is an emotional habit.

To get out of the rut you are in you need to chuck everything at it including thinking positively.

You're absolutely right - everyone IS jealous once in a while.

Hypnosis can help you to deal with your response to this jealousy when it rears its head so that you can utilise it in a more beneficial way.

Remember, what you are jealous about one day will not be the same as a jealousy that rears its head in the future.

You can learn to manage all your emotions, including jealousy (which can be destructive if left unattended), in ways that are more positive regardless of what triggered it in the first place. Hypnosis and TimeLine Release(c) - can be highly effective in creating or helping with this change.
